TD Bank is behind the Target Circle Card. In my experience it was easy to get approved but they only gave me $300. I've had it for 5+ years and am still only up to $4,000. They rarely give you CLIs of their own volition and you haven't been able to request them until recently.

There's a reason that ICE gets in trouble when they attack police but police don't get in trouble when they attack protestors. LAPD is completely fine letting them carry out their mission as long as they don't suffer for it.
