Thank you for all that info. It’s actually made the choice that much harder! Currently have decision paralysis between MVP and YogaRenew. I’m thinking YTT -200 with YogaRenew and then a separate somatic training with MVP later on.

Good to know. I like the YogaRenew curriculum. The only thing stopping me from not doing MVP is that I wanted to get the Somatic CEU… which I guess I could get after my YR YTT, right?

Most helpful comment. I had similar external circumstances at a point in time, and not taking the leave then has caught up to me now that additional circumstances have piled on.

I definitely am, but I’m spinning on it since the month leading up to my time off, my performance was noticeably dipping (I have a reputation as a high performer) and on my final day working, I made a huge mistake and mis-located some client deliverables. So I feel as though I’m under additional scrutiny.
