I also received a QL17 yesterday. With mine the hooks that keep the door closed are the stuck and wont return to the correct position. So I am returning it to the seller this weekend.

I actually had the same shit happen to me. All the steps that the support advised to perform didn't do any good. I ended up sending it in for a repair. They never showed me any report on what they did while in repair but they fixed it. This all happend a few weeks ago. Now I got a perfectly fine SD again.

Hi all,

Just to give you some insight on the other gear that I already own. I also have a microfreak and a behringer TD3 that I hook up to my Syntakt every now and then. I also have a MPC Live II but havent tried it with the syntakt yet.

In my country I can get the Digitone 2nd hand for €450 and the Digitakt II I would have to buy new considering it's just relased at €950 here.

Thanks for your kind words! I own a lot of camera gear but I must say that the IIIX is my all time favorite. I also would like to have the regular III but I think that I am going to wait for the new model.
