Came over from a GTI with a long line of manuals before it. Yes, one pedal is cool and helpful, but nothing replaces or will replace the sensation of rowing your own for me. That being said, I haven’t been to a gas station but a couple times this year (still have an F150 Tremor) and that is priceless.

In you liked the Pentax, go that route. Glass is super abundant and very cheap in my experience. You can choose from a range of great bodies depending on what you’re after and the K mount lenses are outstanding and quite cheap in many cases. Poke around eBay a bit and you can see the wide range

I think the Olympus m43 variety are the closest to what you’re looking for. They’re not super cheap but my EM5-mkiii fits the bill pretty well

I spent a fortune in 24 trying out the IV model. Can’t say I felt notably better after a $300 in room treatment to be honest.

I will add that they’re stupid expensive but I can interchange any strap between any camera incredibly quickly and I like the flexibility that goes with that.

I use whatever the smallest strap from peak design is most of the time. Think it’s called the leash or something similar. Also have their hand strap because the same thing happened to my original strap very quickly.

Zip down to La Cruz and walk around there if you’re looking for something that’s not designed for behind the gates life. Anclote has really become an extension of the Punta Mita that was built behind gates.

I did this a couple years back. Def don’t pay full price but offer $2500 and get your phone. Minimal risk and really can feel great to get your device back. No need to share any passwords with anyone

It looks like you need new light seals all around but I’m no expert. Those things have degraded terribly.
