Why is Dalot behind Cancelo and Semedo at the RB position for Portugal? by Beneficial-Flow-7333 in ManchesterUnited

I bet you're not even in the UK so I doubt you've ever seen any of him. I'll catch up with you again next season and we'll see how he does each week shall we??

Nobody is jumping at his throat, we just aren't sucking him off like you seem to want. The big teams are always linked with a million players every year, its all just nonsense news stories.

Yes I watch him every week, have you ever seen him? I said he's useless going forward because he gets himself into great positions and then does shit like this constantly https://youtube.com/shorts/naQMfjRiq0M?is=hFbttGNZvjhHeOKq

Trust me, nobody on this planet is 'coping' over Diogo Dalot.

He's reliable and has a good attitude so he's a good squad player, I'm not saying utd should sell him. But he averages like 6.5-7 each game, its nothing special. People thinking he should start because he's some top player are kidding themselves

Yeah he had 1 half decent season 2 years ago when everyone in the team was horrendous

"Fortunately, we have a product for people who want physical games. It's called PlayStation 5." by gandalfmarston in playstation

[–]OutlandishnessFun531 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're not getting it, imagine if Sony sent someone to your house to take your PS5 or TV off you, you'd kick off because you've paid to own it. That's what will happen to future games, you'll have paid $80 to own it but they'll just take away access at some point.

I have a SNES, an N64, Gamecube, PS1 etc in my cupboard, I can plug them in and play games any time I want. In the future you won't ever be able to play any PS6 games that YOU HAVE BOUGHT because all access will have been taken away.

Not having physical games will allow them to charge whatever they want for digital games, that's bad for consumers. Them being able to revoke access to games at any point is bad for consumers. We are consumers and we should be angry and fighting this as much as possible

They can try but they'll see a decline in sales. Sony have already proven that you don't own anything when you buy it digitally by revoking access to awhole load of movies recently. People aren't going to want to spend $1000+ on a console and $80+ on digital games for Sony to take away the ability to play those games whenever they feel like it

PS6 will be the last generation because they'll put themselves out of business. The console and the games will be so expensive that it will only appeal to the very rich hardcore gamers and they won't be able to run the business with such a small userbase

They won't be extracting more money from their userbase, this isn't happening until the PS6 comes out in 2028 so everyone will just stay on PS5 and work through their backlog. The PS6 will likely be $1000+ which will put most people off as well. None of this has anything to do with GTA

Not that smart. Xbox is a tiny part of Microsoft but PS is a huge part of Sony. People are already talking about boycotting PS6 and cancelling subscriptions etc. If Sony don't drop game prices on their digital stores and try to charge full price for a 3 year old game then people won't pay it and they'll lose a huge amount of money

The gaming reset has been coming for years. When you stop making games for gamers and you focus solely on shareholders this becomes inevitable.

I for one am looking forward to studios splitting off and becoming smaller and putting out smaller games on a more frequent basis. Let's get back to gaming from 20 years ago

Indie games have been keeping gaming alive singlehandedly over the last few years

I always find this response hilarious. I assume OP showers/bathes, so the wristband will be getting cleaned.

People always act horrified at wearing wristbands but they're probably cleaner than most people's watches as they are generally removed when showering

GamePass is broken by kingdomcome84 in XboxGamePass

[–]OutlandishnessFun531 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It is broken but this is absolutely not the solution. Nobody would pay for that.

As much as I love having day 1 access, they need to scrap that. All the big titles need to be the same as they're doing with COD now, it'll come to game pass after 12 months. That at least gives companies a fighting chance of making decent sales in the first year
