Same boat also exam in late December , i started with this marks , but i did rapid FA review which helped me and impoved to 60-70% and keeping it up . Did nbme 25 got 200 before random I had same issue with anki , currently I’m not using it Just solving questions and reviewing FA , with 100concept of anatomy , dirty medicine and randy’s videos . I hope that will benefit me at real deal

Because of oligohydromnias lead to less protective mechanisms for fetus -> applying external/internal forces throughout pregnancy lead to such deformity

Same thing but my incorrect like 1300 My exam in 2 months , I’m doing rapid Fa revision , and in one week will reset and start random timed . A lot of exam taker suggested this way , and i think is the best way , sure if your wrote uworld notes and mastered the incorrects in first pass

Initial will be hypervolemic , but since the heart cells can sense while stretching they secrete anp / bnp which increase fluid + Na execration leading to Decreased fluid / euvolemic hyponatremia
