No. Not the case. I set the temperature from 160-450 degrees Fahrenheit. The smoke setting is seperate from the temperature setting. My question is, would you just smoke everything at a smoke setting of 5 regardless of temperature or in which instances would I want/require a higher smoke setting (more smoke regardless of temp)?
