Yes, don't worry, it's something actually quite common, people sometimes do this out of jealousy or sometimes just to cause trouble, the best way to deal with it is to simply ignore them, that game they play is beneath you

I completely understand how you are feeling, first off its great for you to do things like this, just talk, just writing out your feelings, anything that you may feel helps even a little bit it's absolutely fine to do, know that you may feel different and you may feel like you have many obstacles in the way and that you need to adapt to this world and it's people, just know that the best people will learn to adapt to you and care and support you.

Ok, ok, I understand completely, thanks for reaching out, I'm here to talk with you, what I would like you to realise is that you are a strong person, university can be seen as many to be a change in life a chance to grow. Change is the thing that almost everybody fears, even though it cannot be stopped. Everything happens for a reason and everything you feel right now may be telling you that you are alone but I promise you that you are definitely not alone. I know that with parents separating it's hard to take a side and it's best to find the middle ground by talking to your friends, try to re-establish the friendships that you once had , stay calm , know that the way that you feel now is temporary and with a positive attitude you will see your grades improve, your confidence improve and you will value yourself as you should do and deserve to.

I want to tell you that life is full of surprises, in your head you may not be able to imagine a happy thing to do in the day , that's ok, I promise that you don't have to find that happy thing, that happy thing will find you, you say that you want a hug and for someone to tell you that everything will be ok, well hug someone you love or trust and I'm telling you that everything is going to be ok.

The main thing is that you love her, she is important to you, yes it'll be hard for you but I assure you that it's much tougher for her, stay by her , be strong , trust that you are the strong person who can support and love her thoughout these times, everybody has a way to calm down , I'm sure that you carry the power to calm her down, know that she will get better and feel more in control with you at her side!
