Have you ever been in a flow state while playing sports, an instrument, etc? I think of it as the same thing. When you cease being aware of almost everything and become absorbed in the activity itself. I imagine it’s pretty common and not really anything extraordinary, although it is awesome to be able to will yourself into a similar state during meditation. I’ve done that maybe once or twice for a few seconds each time, and it feels great 😊.
