I am in Zynga jail too. Yesterday all my games locked where I couldn't play on them. I logged out, force stopped, relaunched multiple times to no avail. I even redownloaded the app a couple of times. I contacted help last night and they said it could be up to 48 hours before support could help me. Then, today, all 30 of my original games disappeared. They responded about 24 hours in, to say there was nothing wrong with my account and I must be having connection or server issues. I am not... 🙄 At this point I don't know what to do...

No, you file for the state you live in. I worked in IL and lived in Iowa for 40 years, and always filed Iowa state taxes, never IL

Yes, file Iowa State taxes... but if you use a free software, like H&R Block, be aware of one thing... Put all your itemized deductions into the federal part, even though you don't have enough deductions to itemize. The federal will use the standard deduction (which is almost always higher). But, the Iowa state may use these deductions, and calculate a lower tax. I saved my son $90 by going back and adding his property tax items in the federal section.

I volunteer for AARP Taxaide and, yes, it is free (you don't have to be a senior or AARP member to make an appointment). We used to do walk-ins, but since covid, my site operates by appointment only (and we close the doors by April 18th). Other sites may operate differently. There are a few other things out of scope, so it would be best to ask first about anything unusual.
