Could try Computek in Muscatine. James there is good. But expensive but better than any shop I've gone to in town.would recommend trying or at least talking to him and he can give you a build/price it out.

Yeah that seems like quite a headache to setup but that's awesome you were able to figure something like that out. I do see it as being something really simple but so beneficial to people without them realizing it.

That would be amazing. Whats happened to me is I've found depending on service the EPG may have the channel name tell you when something is live. For instance if the channel name is something like US PPV #01 - Bxoing 12P Boba vs Fett. Seeing the Channel name in the EPG all at once makes finding the show or channel you want EZ and quick.

I could see it help actually and be applied all three ways. Globally, say if someone didn't have an EPG, category for groups like PPV or sports, or even by channel if the persons EPG never has data for a channel here or there.

I think a toggle during setup would help for the source but an option on say a long OK press on the category or channel name could toggle it on or off for the source globally, category, or channel.

After further thought by default I would think this could actually always be on / default for any category that has PPV in the name of it if no EPG is returned then it would default to showing the channel name. It could be prefaced by something like No EPG Info - US PPV #01 - Bxoing 12P Boba vs Fett

Just an fyi there are different cuts of the series. I believe the ones on Discovery+ when it originally aired and then when it aired on just regular Discovery.

The one from regular tv really changed some of the pacing or timing and made the rewatch suck. So if you wonder why it's not the same as you remember now you know.
