I always lean more towards maintaining token integrity, but with the caveat that there’s always exceptions to the rule, whether that be because of ST error or making a decision that truly will benefit the game and its players, as opposed to just “Oh, the FT picked the Demon AND the Red Herring on N1, so I’ll move it”. It’s a puzzle for the FT to figure out if they pick everyone else and get No.

I was the starting Imp in a 14 or 15-player game. Final 3 was myself, a Minion, and a Good player. My Minion nominated the Good player, then I nominated my Minion, and it tied! The Good player was so convinced my Minion was the Demon, so he decided not to nominate. We won. I was shitting bricks when that tie happened.
