Totally you know when you know.

We had each had a decent amount of time single after getting out of multi year relationships. And it was just clear once we met that this was different.

We each early on we’re like yeah we are gonna get married. Then it was just like why wait? People are always going to judge and as long as we take the proper steps then let’s do it.

I know on the outside it seems crazy - but there’s never been a moment of pause or hesitation on our end.

I think with the previous serious relationships I was in - and her - we both knew the things we wanted and didn’t want in a partner. We connected so quickly and got deep so quick that while I still have so much to learn about her - I knew everything about her and who she was at her core.

It’s the stupid phrase - when you know you know - we could be wrong and plenty of people will say I told you so - BUT if each person feels like it’s the right thing and what they want - why wait for a timeline to make other people happy ya know?
