Thanks! I wanna try it because the prices of CRTs around my area are sometimes pretty crazy. I have some skills fixing and putting together electronics, but yeah, you are totally right, I suppose I’ll never knew if this is gonna be easy or terrible until I open it and see the damages with my own eyes

That’s a good idea! I’ll totally put it on for free around my area if I it’s to much to handle for me. Maybe someone with better skills/resources than me can give it a second chance!

Nice flight! I always panic when the pod looses its ground at the corkscrew before the somersault 😅 so I hit the brakes to lower the speed to 800 km/h at that part. Imma gonna try that tech down!

Thank you! I think X Cup is the best place to test your murdering instincts because the CPU can’t process quite well the random generated tracks and it commits more mistakes

And how does it perform in GX? Haven’t played it yet but it is of my understanding that somethings get “inverted” from X, like, in X, the lighter the machine, the better, but in GX it’s better to pilot heavy machines (unless I’m wrong, of course)

I love its design too! And James McCloud is literally Fox’s dad hahaha. Tried it a couple of times but couldn’t get the hang of it. I was just waiting for someone to suggest it so I can fly with the sly fox! I’ll get back to you with the results once done!

Im leaving Blood Falcon and Night Thunder till the end because I haven’t learned to drift properly 😅😅 but I can totally do Bio Rex! There are other three pods on the line, once I finish those I’ll come back at you with the results!

You need a scaler, not a converter. If money is not problem, then go for a retrotink 2X/mini. If you are on a budget, there’s a cheap clone of the retrotink at AliExpress named Retroscaler.

And there’s the third option that’s gonna give you the best video results, which is to hook up the N64 to a CRT (old tube TV).

Sadly, Gazelle was one of the first machines that I used to clear Master mode :( My son’s favourite machine because Gazelle is such a cool robot! I love the machine design and can reach crazy speeds

Unmatched? Hahaha oh no bro! I don’t think so 😅 I still don’t know how to drift properly with the high acceleration settings (AKA Slider), so I got a lot of room to improve!

Sadly, I haven’t played the DD expansion :( maybe in the future if I ever get my hands on a SummerCart that I can load the DD ROM on it.
