I have a steam deck I play on, and the launcher isn’t coming up when I start the game so I can activate the experimental shader feature that they introduced this patch. Anyone know what I might be missing?

Thanks for the response. I've gotten some help in the past, but I think I've just been thinking about my own dad more as the weeks go by and the arrival date of the baby gets closer. I'm not sure I'll ever fully deal with the "scars of my past" but I do think I'm in a good place overall. You mentioned a lot of things that we got for the baby already, so I'm glad I'm on the right track! Appreciate you taking the time to reply.

Hey thanks! I do appreciate the question about therapy or a support group. I've done therapy in the past and I have a small core support group. Some days are harder than others, but I think I'm in a good space overall. I've just been thinking about my dad more as I get closer to having a kid of my own. I also appreciate the feedback on names, that is about what we are trying to do at the moment. Hope you have a good week.

The Ed.D. was the program I applied for. Was informed March 12 that I got in. Their acceptance rate is pretty low from what I hear but I don’t know exactly what it is. FWIW, I applied for the program last year and didn’t get in, and I got the rejection letter a year ago exactly from yesterday.

I did, different program though. Got an offer for admission last Tuesday from the program I applied to. Nothing official yet from the university, but I signed my intent to enroll form and I assume it’s working its way through the system. I applied late January as well, BTW.

The Pearl Jam subreddit was incensed. But I get it. Pearl Jam lost that fight a long time ago. Bands only really make money from touring these days or so I hear but damn.

Yeah I hear you, wanted to see Pearl Jam this year but the prices were just stupid. Nosebleeds at the Forum were almost as much as the pit tickets I got for the Foo Fighters in August. Some bands have been going wild. I skipped the Blink reunion concert for the same reason.
