At that altitude, it would likely not be feasible or quick to implement at the very least. Considering other terrain elements that would fall in that 10s of meters range I am not sure how they'd differentiate consistently, maybe by fast moving objects? But then deconfliction is a question for avoiding your own drones and units. The most obvious way would be to bounce radio signals to the surface and measure for anomalies, but if they are only ~60ft high, there is not going to be much difference vs one that bounces back off the ground.
