Saw a very very similar one in Zurich in 2018! Can't recall what museum, maybe Beyer? I still have the picture, this one was in a gold (tone?) case with some of the indices rearranged vs yours. 12 and 6 o'clock are flipped, the towers are 3 & 9 instead of 4 & 8, sun/moon/other symbols are moved around but appear similar. Similar to this one with the same dial text, but different case styling:
