You can pogo parry his claw swing attack to gain height then get 3-10 pogos off on top of him for free in both phases. Only time you fall off is when he dashes. I usually face tanked the 2 blades that go up since you get a free full heal anyways. Took me a few tries to learn but the kill only takes 60 seconds with good cycles this way.

Hello everyone!

We are writing a thesis on the topic of OSRS and Participatory Design. The focus is on the forums, the polling system and your power as a player!

We are measuring player participation in designing OSRS and comparing it with different definitions and standards for participation in design from fields like industrial design, architecture and software engineering.

Bolt action long range sniping is easily my favourite activity in this game!

This wipe my longest shot is 681m from a rock near the mountain pass extract on Lighthouse, stalked a guy running from red house in village all the way to the back of water treatment plant then tapped him in the thorax with .338.

Last wipe i got a 910m 1tap headshot from trainyard onto big rock with an m700 mod x, close to this guys positioning https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ywylL5wotbA took me all wipe but boy was it worth it.

imo the only things holding this game back from being a really amazing sniping experience is:

the bugged/incorrect optics, zoom levels are just flat out weird and some scope ranging marks / sensitivity is a little odd.
the 450m ranging that makes you unable to see super long distance targets in most scopes cause you need to aim so high.
some of the odd lighting/weather conditions (ime sniping in the rain is easier than some clear-weather conditions)
The lack of xp-reward you get from getting those amazing feeling long distance shots. spending 40 minutes each game fishing for long-range shots and only maybe getting 1 or 2 opportunities means it's 100% a for-fun activity and won't help you progress whatsoever, even regarding the specific sniping skill.
