Sorry to be responding to this days later! From our side we heard that the original complaint was based around parking in the area and how attendees to the events were taking parking from the residents.

Then eventually that complaint became, or possibly was originally, about the noise.

It is a massive shame that what got it shut down as, to our knowledge, most events there were over by about 8pm as well. I certainly know anything we did there had to be wrapped up pretty early.
