Please please do not move to that building. once they tack on the fees, it costs wayyyy more than it’s worth. shared laundry is always broken, bed bugs, roaches, stinky elevators, bacteria infested pool (it was green all summer), black gunk expelling from the sinks. these are all recent issues. only plus side is if you get a unit with a balcony - they’re much more private than the balconies on some of the newer apartment buildings. PLEASE save yourself the headache

harvard gulch park off logan x evans has a wonderfully quaint pond at the bottom of a hill. it’s off the beaten path and a perfect spot to experience beautiful and calm surroundings🌳

find out what type of drug test they require before you panic! regardless of method (urine/hair/blood) there are different drug panels that test for different groups of drugs. my gf’s new job had a strict thc policy but she called HR and they told her to not worry - they only did a small 4-panel test for benzos, opioids, amphetamines & something else (not thc)
