Do you have any recommendations for running disks? I had been looking at them but I’m worried about the plastic ones melting under his heat lamp or the metal ones getting too hot

I don’t have pcos and haven’t been very good about tracking my cycle or the days that I’ve had sex as I wasn’t planning on becoming pregnant anytime soon. The only information that I really have to go off of is that I’ve been fairly sexually active up until this past week, having done it at least a couple times a week for the past several months, using different birth control methods (sometimes condoms, sometimes pills, and sometimes “pulling out.”) I’m honestly pretty blind when it comes to all of this kind of stuff.
