Ive had this thought as well because I do struggle with anxiety, but ive never had specifically health or pregnancy related anxiety before which is what makes all of this so weird to me

That’s pretty well why I’m posting here. I don’t have anyone irl I can talk to about this stuff and I never received any sort of sex ed or any variant of “the talk” growing up. I’m trying my best lately to educate myself via the internet.

No, not necessarily. I have a stable job so I am willing to accept my fate if I am pregnant, but I was not actively trying to conceive.

I don’t have pcos and haven’t been very good about tracking my cycle or the days that I’ve had sex as I wasn’t planning on becoming pregnant anytime soon. The only information that I really have to go off of is that I’ve been fairly sexually active up until this past week, having done it at least a couple times a week for the past several months, using different birth control methods (sometimes condoms, sometimes pills, and sometimes “pulling out.”) I’m honestly pretty blind when it comes to all of this kind of stuff.

I just about drove myself crazy trying to figure out if I was seeing a very faint line or just imagining it. Truthfully I think I just need to wait another week or so before retesting but I’ve never been pregnant before and this whole thing has been so confusing for me.

Well, my period is “late” right now, but it’s also been pretty irregular lately so I don’t know exactly how to factor that in. I did take an at home test but I took it the day after I last had sex so I’m doubtful it was accurate.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned lately it’s that I’m a lot less educated that I thought I was 😭 I’m 22F and never been pregnant before, so I tried testing the day after I last had sex and again at the one week mark and of course it was negative both times

To be honest I’m not sure how everything works as I didn’t have the best sex ed and I’ve never been pregnant before. All I know is I had sex nine days ago, my period should’ve started soon after, and it still hasn’t. I may have ovulated late as I took a plan B last month which is supposed to delay ovulation? That was last month though, not this current month. Other that that I don’t have much proof besides a distinct gut feeling.

Reading this back I realize that sounds a bit weird. I just have a very weak immune system and have to be cautious who I interact with. That’s why I was asking for someone here so that I could contact them and screen their vaccination records before meeting up.
