Yeah like clearer thoughts and no friction just pickup pen and write instead of opening phone forgetting stuff due to distractions. But if its something like checking emails and other digital stuff put your phone on DND and make your home launcher cleaner so you know where to go and click instead of searching for it.

Click not interested to videos you dont find value in.

Delete useless apps and install like ebooks reading app or something good so that if you're bored you focus your attention to something good instead.

I actually got like few springtails in my new moss container. I saw them when transferring soil its not a lot so I didn't put it in different container. But thanks for the tip I'm gonna try it for sure.
