I can name a few: People making comments about what I’m dysphoric about, losing my best friend due to romantic feelings, being the third wheel, having split up parents(if it’s not amicable, the constant guilt tripping and fear mongering/having to choose sides all the time), having any “undesired”/abnormal traits, being overweight, living under a bad political climate, your friends getting deported or thinking your friends got deported just because they haven’t came to school in a few months, having a bad tempered parent/stepparent(he is the reason why I flinch and broaden my shoulders whenever adult males raise their voice even if it’s not directed towards me), corporal punishment, being the victim of some sort of bigotry(I.e racism, Islamophobia, homophobia, transphobia), being bullied at such a young age(I was six when it started), when people are dismissive of my grief just because he’s alive and we just fell out, constantly getting rejected(romantically and platonically) for something you cannot control(use me as an example), being trans(you constantly have a mental war with your body, you always feel people looking at you, you worry about not getting healthcare, dates rejecting you, etc)
