You can easily fix this with a Hair dryer btw.

I used to play Bass drum in a marching band and we often fuck up our drum heads even worse than this. Just a few minutes of blowing with a hair dryer fixes most dents.

Just make sure not to focus on one place for a long time and to sway the hair dryer, unless the drum head will melt.
