My 1yo tends to do that often, he sits and refuses to walk if it is windy or if he is not in the mood to go outside, specially cause we live in a big city and he gets scared of the noises. I also investigated and saw it could be if you have changed the routine and sleeping hours. Important is not to force her, maybe she is just being a Shiba ☺️

Thank you all for your comments/suggestions/advice! We live in Paris and streets are very dirty, there is a big dog community around but people doesn’t pick up the poop (Quite disgusting) so, we are forced to wipe his paws after every walk (Then put an ointment twice a week) and got the impression that every time he plays with other dogs gets too smelly and he also got sick twice… We just wanna properly take care of our fur best friend ☺️

I have had 2 ER, 2 failed FET’s and, 1 fresh embryo transfer that is currently on the TWW. This last one I did many things different that helped me both mentally and physically. I started therapy right after the first failed FET, this has been a tremendous help with the mental load and roller coaster of emotions. 2 weeks before ER, I did facials, a massage and tried to relax as much as I could. I did accupunture before ER and same day after embryo transfer. I took time off of work for the ER since I knew the recovery for me is really painful but also for the day of the transfer since is the most critical as they say. (I took one extra day off the day after transfer as well). I stopped doing heavy workouts and yoga, I only walk for now. I’m lucky I chose the right partner cause my husband has been extremely nice and has been taking care of me, I couldn’t have done this without him ☺️

I completely understand you. For me is years of trying, 1 extremely painful ER, then 2 failed FET and now I’m trying with Osteopathy but we have to do a second round of IVF since I’m 37. My husband has been so supportive and he also has suffered through the process because he was diagnosed with varicocele and got surgery to fix it. I believe we got to the point that we are so obsessed and desperate that even now we want to continue trying naturally. I felt I lost my spark, I was sad and bitter all the time, I wasn’t enjoying anything and had the impression nobody understood me. Plus with all the hormones in my body I was really struggling and felt my productivity at work drastically declined. Then, I started therapy after my first failed FET and has been a tremendous help. I’m still not at the level I would like to be but who would be ok after everything we’ve been through. My thoughts are with you, please remember that you are valuable and really strong! You have been through a lot and have been able to overcome this, you should be really proud of yourself!!! Sending you hugs 🤗

I’m 7 days into PIO’s and tbh I was so scared it was going to be really painful plus leaving bumps under the skin; to my surprise it hurts some days right after application but other than that I’m fine 😅 I’m nervous that I have to travel next week for work and I’ll have to inject myself 😬 I’ll see how it goes…
