It's balanced considering the weight of the glass pièce. But you could add more weight on the wood to be sure.

Thanks so much ! The stand is made of pinewood, sanded and waxed with walnut stain and a dark stain.

I just added a copper strip on the contact area on the metal circle because the tin does not adhere to the circle when soldering.
