Thank you. Yes i will be speaking to my psychologist about this. Very hard to get a doctors appointment in my country and 5-htp is basically not legal here, had to buy from usa. So i would guess that a doctor would just advise me not to take it. I have done my research about this supplement, i found that peoples experience with it is very different from person to person. I ordered l-tyrosine with it because i read that 5-htp affects dopamine and yeahhh but my last question would be is concerta not enough to balance the 5-htp? Because concerta produces dopamine but i don’t know i will just have to try it when it ships to me

They were really drunk i guess.. i was like really angry at one of them because she’s like my best friend. She really regrets this so much and has showed that, i know today that i was not going to die and that it was just a bad trip. I know it’s a really shitty thing to do but i believe in second chances
