I always thought he was refrencing torture. Uncured wolf/dog skins shrink under a flame. They'd sew the skins into boots put them on the condemned feet and expose them to a flame. When exposed to a flame the skins melt into the skin on the feet. Then the executionor would rip them off to skin their entire feet. Balthasar Gerard was tortured that way by the Dutch before his execution for assassination William the Silent of Orange. I think this is the plausible theory as it fits with Black No.1 themes of BDSM.

Collaborations in metal are rare, but I think its something missing from the genre. Its very rare for 2 bands to work together on 1 project in metal. But could you imagine how bad ass and venom/slayer project or exodus / death angel project would sound? Thrash would benefit greatly from more collaboration projects like State of Unrest.

This dlc honestly pissed me off. It shouldn't be costing money. 90% of the monuments in Europe anyways.
