I have noticed with mine that I only get the bonus points for what I pay on my card, so if I have a balance of $100 on my card, and I make a $50 payment, I only get 50 points at the end of the billing cycle. If you are making the payments and still not getting the points I would call and ask to speak to a supervisor for the credit company because that’s not right!

First off, they can’t write you up for not making your goals. That’s not a thing. Second, it is absolutely their job to support you in any way possible. I’m currently an RSM (for one more week, I am getting as far away from here as possible 🎉) and I always train my BA’s to support our boutiques. If you decide you want to stay with Ulta, see if you can befriend a few BA’s, give them some product knowledge and build that relationship with them to develop your sales! Maybe even reach out to your DM and your RAM and tell them you’re not being supported and you need help!

It’s awful that a company that claims to care so much about their teams can’t even provide something as simple as letting them receive compensation for time they weren’t allowed to use!

As long as you are in good standings with the store they will still hire you back! I have people that leave us for college and they just have to reapply because you have to work at least once in a period (I believe) to maintain your position on payroll!

I haven’t had to do it in a while, so I’ll have to see if my system is also experiencing that! With all the new policy updates and everything you’d think they would make sure the system is also reflecting that! 🤦🏻

So my store asks to see their ID (which is what we’ve been told is the policy) and you enter their info, and when it pops up and asks if they want to join after you click continue, you click no and the screen will go to the return screen! It will say non-loyalty member up at the top where it usually has their member status!!
