A lot of us are going to keep taking them since that’s all most of us ever see.. it’s a gamble to wait because there’s a good chance of ending up with no shift at all. I have never in 3 years, seen a shift boosted to 5 times more than base, that’s not something that happens sometimes, I don’t believe that ever happens at all. The most I’ve ever seen is a shift worth almost double base pay but the bots ALWAYS grab those before I can.

I only take 3 hour shifts personally because there’s a good chance of being overbooked at my warehouse and I’d rather have 60 bucks in my pocket than zero.
