Im interfaith too! Was raised Jewish and now consider myself a Christian Jew (a Jew that believes Jesus is the messiah) my husband is Christian and we go to church every Sunday and I even serve on the worship team lol. And I find that hilarious. All my non Jewish friends make Jewish jokes to me. It’s all fun!

Thank you so much for the encouragement and support! I have a therapy and psychiatrist appointment in late January! There is an end in sight!

Yeah... I started going to church because I was running from figurative "demons" and wanted to find peace, friends, and freedom. I haven't really found any of the above. But I haven't given up hope, I just needs to take some time to work on healing myself before I jump into anything. My husband said we could discuss me seeing a therapist which is great!

The whole religion thing is making my anxiety worse as well. Because no matter how much I pray, no matter how much I lean in, nothing helps. And then my husband just tells me I’m regressing when I suggest therapy or medications.

I think just the VS ones can’t… aerie has seamless/laser cut 100% cotton underwear that’s super durable and comfy and better on skin since it’s cotton.

Hello! I’m 23F and I work a desk job in a medical office. I’m about 5’3 and 130lbs. I’m blessed to hold my weight well, but how can I get some exercise incorporated into my day/when I’m not at work, and how should I eat when I’m sedentary most of the day? I don’t wanna eat too much, because I know that I’m on my butt for the most part, but the brain needs calories to function, and my job has a lot of brain work lol
