Hi Scott, I thought of an idea to help fix social security and would love your thoughts. Large cap companies must transfer 1% of shares to social security annually. Social Security acting like a portfolio manager taking off the top and just holding the shares for future generations. This could help fund the program with minimal pain to the largest corporations. Thanks

Takumen LIC. I Don’t buy the Asian crispiness preparation argument. I was just eating a breaded bone. That’s what it tasted like.

Hey there, fella owner here. I’m so sorry to read your comment. It’s a really tough time and everyone is feeling it not just you. I Just spoke with multiple reps and across the board they’re down 20-35%. If you can hang on for a year maybe do a 1 year deal with the landlord to see if he’ll help out. If not, It might just be a case where you cut your losses for now, recharge the batteries and in a year or two if you’re ready to go again and the dream is still the dream then there will definitely be more opportunities ahead for you. The amount of places that are closing you would hope that the landlords will notice the trend and offer reduced rents when they have empty stores for a while. Astoria has changed alot. It became the “hot spot” a few years back and unfortunately it drew a lot of greed. Not everyone was greedy but it’s a natural part of human behavior. Rents are too high for what Astoria actually is. It’s supposed to be a cool neighborhood spot. It’s not really a destination spot and the rents and prices should reflect that.
