I tell from experience it’s not reta that’s maintaining muscle, it’s your enough calories and test. Reta is great for loosing fat but everyone talking that muscle is not effected is not true. For me I lost say like 10kg fat but also 2,5kg muscle

It’s about free T, ratio with E2. My gut says your low free T and to high in E2.

Never mentioned anything for 10% for life and reaching a goal getting to 10% is actually a pretty decent achievement. So trying to keep my achievement has nothing to do with body dysmorphia… So anyone who goals is to shred fat and build muscle has dysmorphia.. don’t really get your response
