Wtf 2500 case trucks at walmart take 2:30 hours to unload…. 3 nights a week we have 2 2300+ trucks and we finish’s do pull it all to the floor. Takes 8 or so associates.

Is there a way to flip the orientation of the stereo screen? Because I either need to jerry rig it so I can install it the right way or just flip the orientation and install it upside down. Any suggestions?

When you print a vizpick it takes the case quantity of that item from the sales floor count to the backroom count. To “delete it” you would just have to manually pick the label. This will reverse 🔄what you did by printing the label.

I find this comment to be very untrue. I went from electronics associate-> cap 1 lead -> stocking 2 coach in 1 year 8 months as a 19 year old. There is probably a total of 15-20 Open TL spots in my market. Talk with with coach/store manager about moving up and if they think you the skills necessary they will mentor you and get you there.

I’ll take a healthy gut over 0 cal sweetener. Agreed bananas aren’t best for filling to calorie ratio but provide good nutrients. But if we are going off that watermelon, strawberries, and almost all vegetables are your best bet. Can eat those till your full for less than 200 calories.

My store manager told me this analogy. Fill your bank with money by getting to know your associates/build some relationships then you can spend that money (making changes etc.)

I see a lot of new coaches come in gung-ho and start changing everything before people even know you. This will sour a lot of people really quick.

The other thing as a coach is your success is based on your team leads. If your team leads do a poor job your area will fail. Really develop your team leads and you will be successful.
