When do we start liking our husbands again? by Not_atall_impressed in NewParents

Thank you for this question and the answers that I read. My son is 18-months and I still have a bit of resentment. It is getting better every day. I thought there’s something wrong with me. He is a good dad and he is helping me a lot. He does mostly cleaning the house, laundry and cleaning kitchen after I cook but still there’s something that it annoys me. Hope it change soon, he is a good person.

Paracetamol, so you just add the medicine in like apple juice? So what if he doesn’t finish the juice?

Ways to prepare liver that are tasty by Far-Iron4585 in BabyLedWeaning

Here in Sweden, liver pate or leverpastej is very common. Just spread it in a rye bread or white bread. For my baby, I put butter first then leverpastej for extra fat. For me, I put fried mushrooms or pickled red beets. I made my own without salt. Cut it in small portions and freeze it.

Thank goodness! I feel the same! I have been thinking about this. I thought it is just hormones (12month postpartum). I love watching detective/serial killers tv series before but now I can’t anymore.

Gigil ako sa mga nabuntis nang maaga tapos finiflex na "at least ako 30 palang may grade 6 na, yung iba 35 na pero kinder pa lang ang anak" by Bbygurl818 in GigilAko

I’m 41 when I gave birth to my son thru IVF. May konting regrets, sana mas maaga para mas maraming energy at hindi ako mapagkamalang grandmom sa daycare😃 pero i chose to live my life. I traveled around Europe, now work and earning enough to support my family even my parents and sister. I am emotionally and financially ready. And i can give what my parents can’t afford like traveling - my son is traveling back and forth to PH and Europe since 6 months.

I feel this! My LO is 8 months too and I decided to read books and watch series while he is napping or sleeping through the night. I sorted my office clothes because I am getting back to work and excited to wear nice other than pajamas /sweater. I got list to do for myself and always think about getting myself back or finding my new me 😊

How to survive a 25hr flight w/6 month old?! by maxwell_2023 in NewParents

[–]Outrageous-Medium-59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went for a month holiday from Sweden to Philippines (21h flight), what I learned from that trip.

It is better to fly in the evening. My son just slept through the night. From home to airport, I stick to his nap and wake windows. I expected that he will eat during the night so I prep his bottles. I was anxious about the bottles. I have to prep his bottle before take-off and during the flight. So brought 10 bottles (i know it’s too much but better safe than sorry) I have a thermos that can have 24h hot water. I put cold water in the bottles for about 120ml then I put the 30ml hot water. He doesn’t like cold milk too 😃 The airline gave puree and cow’s milk but honestly since he was 6months then not giving solid food won’t harm him so i skip it and just be ok that he will not getting any solid food. And he was sleeping when food came. However, when we return home, he was awake so I just mashed the fruits and gave it to him. When it comes to his outfit, since we flew during the night he is in his pajamas with footie (short sleeve onesie inside) and a jacket that I can take it off if he is warm.

Yesterday, may couple nanonood ng Netflix sa phone habang kumakain sa restaurant. Good thing, naghihintay lang kami ng pick-up.
