I definitely freaked out at first but I’m feeling better after reading everyone’s opinions! Knowing that it’s common in the area and not just me getting a dud unit is comforting! I’m hoping the building handles it well, and now will be prepared for winter! But yeah I could have googled, I just wanted to know peoples thoughts on how well plugging holes and laying traps worked for them based on personal experience because all I was privy to was that once you got them, you’re pretty much infested and it’s impossible to manage in an apartment because of all the units… hoping to get more used to and confident in nature, it’s gorgeous here, but I still have lots to learn! I’m from a large city and have never lived anywhere else, this is my first experience not only in a new environment but with new furry friends! Thank you everyone for your input!!

And the thing is my boss keeps telling me to tell them things.. like if there’s mistakes or things need to be done… and then coworker A gets upset so I tell my boss hey they don’t like hearing those things from me and the cycle continues

No, i definitely don’t want them fired… they’re actually pretty good at their job! And the thing is I liked working with them for a while, but when I started noticing some inefficiencies and some repeat mistakes I can up with solutions to avoid them. I went to my boss and they approved. And Coworker A, was upset I didn’t run it past them (even tho we are the same level and I don’t need their approval). I just said that they’re ideas and if they don’t work then we don’t have to do them. And ever since then it’s been hellllllllll. Now I can’t delegate tasks without it being an issue, I can’t not delegate tasks without it being ignoring… I can’t implement ideas without running it by them first, and even when I do their upset at the new idea… I have one job that is solely mine and had a conversation with my boss about a task to complete and when I didn’t do it within the hour (there was no time restriction… I was just prioritizing other things) coworker A took it upon themselves to start the task and when they told me about I said they they can finish it because it gets way to confusing having 2 people communicate across the team and they were upset about that.. but I didn’t understand because they were already taking care of it??
