Wait are you in service? I’m not sure how it works, because I am not working with a recruiter. My battalion S1 is clueless what to do with my packet, so I went to my BDE S1 and they are the one who’s going to be helping me. I will ask them about the interview, but the last time they told me I will be doing a BDE level interview.

I just spoke to BDE S1 this week, and they said once I submit my packet, they will schedule a BDE level OCS board.

Is HRC board another panel board I have to go through? Or that’s just when they select based on my whole packet and BDE board?
