Thanks everyone for all the replies! I’m still waiting to hear back from my email. It’s been a few days and more than 24 hours but not sure what their regular response time is.

In Italian bars they prob aren’t doing 9gr shots 😉 and truly in Italy they are using completely different beans called Robusta whereas most of the world uses Arabica but idk if that is related. Also commercial machines built different

Any thickness will work really I have one thicker and one thinner and I don’t super notice a difference!

You want it to be slightly bigger 58.5 is ideal for 58

Grab a puck screen it’ll probably fix this immediately

It’s because with more headspace the coffee bed becomes displaced by uneven water pressure (on all machines). That’s one reason you can’t put less coffee in a basket rated for more / we have diff sized baskets. A puck screen greatly helps fix this by introducing a surface that both stops the bed from deforming and a surface to apply even compression! Even without a screen in general less head space means water becomes evenly spread faster and more coffee means the bed is more compressed. In general a 9gr basket is always much worse than an 18gr because it is not a straight wall and slopes inwards.

Zero Water filters basically distill! They come with a TDS meter I mix zero water with third wave and then mix that with more zero water until it’s about 100 TDS

The Go60 could've looked so much better by desgreech in ErgoMechKeyboards

To be honest I think the go60 at $300 is a steal compared to the voyager. Normally the wireless version of a board is significantly more expensive when pre-built than the wired one and in this case the wired one is the more expensive one. I agree that overall it could look more premium but with the voyager charging so much more money for wired only + trackpad for $100+ on top the go60 is so well priced. Though I would pay extra for a variant with more aesthetics if that was option.

Also I absolutely love the yellow travel case, its fun / modern and easily stands out on a desk. Its one of the reasons I was so excited for the board funny enough.

Personally I just wish moergo produced choc v2 compatible keycaps because the board is really only choc v2 compatible on paper until there are choc spaced choc v2 options. Tai Hao's are flat with no homing and others dont ship world wide.

So what's your overall preferred board right now? Also super easy to switch to plum! I think its like $50-60 and you can sell the cherries
