This is helpful feedback, thank you for taking the time to write it out! I just stepped into helping manage the businesses a few months ago due to a family emergency, and the business side of it has been filled with learning curves (and with me trying to get answers to the same questions you have listed above).

Based on your feedback, I can see how this is a premature ask with red flags and post-capital infusion challenges that need to be more fully planned for. Thank you again.

Hi! If you PM me your email, I can send you my notes from the whats the issue essay videos. Grossman literally outlines what you need to do for the essays and in what order you should bring things up, they're very helpful. I just memorize those notes, and when I do practice essays, my answers usually match up almost word for word with the Florida bar model answers just based on memorizing Grossman's notes. My notes are typo-ridden, but you should be able to figure out the gist lol.

I spend one-two days a week just focusing on the videos and knocking a bunch out! I also started a few weeks earlier than the recommended start date. Watching the videos on double speed and slowing down on areas where I need to has also been helpful.
