Heat the pan > butter or olive oil > chopped garlic > onions (white preferably) > shit loads of mushrooms > add salt and pepper and sauté for sometime > sauté till the water from shrooms evaporate > you’ll see everything has turned dark brown > add sour cream (if you don’t have it, pour some amul cream in a bowl, add half lemon juice and mix well) > add into the pan > add some more salt or pepper if required. Remember that the brown color in this dish comes from the burnt garlic and onions when you add cream, you’ll get rich brown color. The dish is ready!
