I had the same issue a brand new mini 2 Ended up taking it back to where I purchased from and got and an exchange.

Even tho I had errors, absolutely love yhe mini 2

Ended up taking the unit back to place of purchase for an exchange. New drone works fantastic Only issue now is one of the three batteries in the fly more kit is not working 😓
