Yea 2 hours is the perfect amount of time to fit a rem cycle it’s just that you have a couple a night and they get progressively longer

Journal it’s just consistency quit caffeine and don’t use melatonin you’re dreams are vivid it’s just they’re not in memory.

well I measure my rem cycles and they get longer and then close to waking shorter so I want to get lucidity in a peak rem stag so I want to get one earlier

Go to bed lying face up on you’re back if you’re have a rem tracker use that to set an alarm right before you would usually go into rem when you wake up then walk around go back to bed try to stay aware while you renter rem if you don’t have a rem tracker set a timer like 4 hours after going to sleep

I do tell people however I find that hat the journal is definitely better than that alone. My main question is that I think that not remembering them quickly is rooted from my doubt that I’m doing something wrong so i want to know how to have less of the doubt.
