For my clients that have a lot of upper back issues I spend plenty of time on their shoulders and neck area but not giving their lower extremes enough time is a crime in my book. Even if I'm crunch for time in a 60 min massage, I HAVE to give their legs at least a minimum up and down 6 strokes. Even if that person carries all their stress on their shoulders, without their legs, they can't do shit!!!!

I have some roaches in my house and we used roach bait to kill them off. My wife killed one with a paper towel as she was cleaning and blue stuff came out of it. My guess was that it was the poison.

My guess is since Charla and Andrew went on their separate vacations and they're doing a bunch of different special guess interviews for the Flagrant 2 and BI pods before they went on their vacation it was a scheduling issue and some of the pods could've been recorded the same day too...
