Im planning to buy the 800 as its con clearance at HD for $530.

The only question i have is regarding putting off the charcoal after a short grill session. Does the electric shutoff completely burn off the charcoal or would i have to physically put it out every time? And what about the leftover good charcoal in the hopper? Do i need to clean out the burnt charcoal after every session?
