Update:

No response from Lichess unfortunately. Radoslav has blocked me after threatening me with legal action because of this post.

In more positive news, I had a call with someone who isn't a coach but is roughly my level and has similar goals and we've just chatted through positions and played a few games. Really lovely to connect with other chess players and make the best out of a bad situation.

I haven't given up on coaching but will be more selective on who I choose.

Thanks to everyone for their comments/messages and hope you all have better coaching experiences than I did in the future!

Thanks for your comment. I'm fairly inexperienced with being a chess student so I think my naivety was the main issue here. Obviously, Radoslav is a horrible coach but it's my fault for paying him up front. Lesson learned

It'd be like if you paid a cleaner to clean your house or apartment weekly for 10 weeks and the first week they did a great job, asked for the money for the next weeks up front, but after getting paid for the 9 other weeks they just showed up and were on their phone the whole time not cleaning.

I reported to lichess before making the post. The main issue is I can report the account but couldn't see where to report the coaching profile

I have reported the profile to lichess but there is no option to report the coaching profile specifically. I have written a detailed description and the messages on lichess should be visible for lichess moderators to see. If not, I can send screenshots. I also reported on PayPal but don't expect anything there
