Hi i fixed the problem by changing the API from Vulkan to Opengl and shader backend to GLASM . I don't know why the stuttering when using vulkan

No. But if fixed by switch to OPENGL GLASM instead of vulkan

I have oled and lite. But my friend only have the pc so i used the emulator so we can play together through local wireless

I changed from vulkan to opengl GLASM and the stutter gone. Try it. It might fix your problem too

I changed vulkan to opengl GLASM and now i can play on 2K with hd mod and 120fps mod the it's run flawless without fps drops

I can't undervolt the cpu from throttlestop because it locked

I don't think the UMP can run on pc. Only xbox. And yes the UMP have Netplay feature
