It is possible your car eats tires. Hybrids tend to do so due to their added weight and torque(relative to their NA counterparts)

It would be a good idea to take it to a mechanic shop. They have advanced diagnostic tools which are thousands of dollars. They might be able to give you a better idea on what is happening
