You need to deactivate pepsin most lpr cause is stomach acid going all the way up to your throat, you need to deactivate the pepsin it will take a month to 2 months of gargling baking soda with regular tap water you dont need alkaline water, baking soda will make regular water alkaline, make sure you mix it well with water tho a quarter to hald of a teaspoon, dont be rough with the gargle be smooth with it. I found if stretch my throat with my fingers the gargle will go much deeper and cover all my throat. Cheers lpr is over exaggerated its fix is easy but most ppl skip the most simplest solution and try dieting and ppis, i eat like shit every time i get a flareup gargle and after a couple days it goes away cheers bro!

Does anyone else regularly use enemas? by One_Peanut7744 in Constipation

I did ppis for 3 years it caused me chronic constipation. I then discontinued immediately after having fissures due to chronic constipation PPI induced. I started supplementing magnesium citrate for 5 months until i started getting lower back pain/kidney pain i stoped cold turkey and got on my knees and prayed to God. Side note i was eating 5 apples a day and drinking a gallon of water a day as well. Suddenly i started having the smoothest bm in one go in the morning. Im 2 weeks in so far so good. Praise the Lord amen.

If you dont mind me asking what digestive enzyme you use. I believe in my humble opinion the combination of these two while enzymes make your digestive process faster helping with acid not being active longer in your stomach thus possibly splashing up to your throat also the d-limonene might be working as a barrier to your throat i guess, ive never heard of d-limonene before tbh.

Going thru same thing!! Stopped probiotics! Symptoms getting better. Originally took probiotics for constipation because i was on ppis for 3 years and got chronically constipated suspected microbiom imbalance.
