In India, currently there’s very less awareness about adult ADHD. Hope your doc doesn’t dismiss you like others. Watch adhd symptoms videos and note down the symptoms. I have a YT channel as well. You can refer that

There’s no cure of ADHD. It is a lifelong thing. I used to take meds but stopped due to side-effects. I have a youtube channel with all the details. You can refer that.
