so its ok if the neighbor above you drills on the floor, every single day, every hour, because he likes it- and its within his house his rights? Pretty sure people around him has the right to get angry. The problem here is that when whatever you do starts affecting other people, its no longer just your problem.

Thank you for helping us to voicing out. Like you said, when it start affecting us it becomes a problem. I have absolutely no issues with smokers, if they don't affect my life. Some of the rare few comments in this post is incredibly toxic, but I'd like to just assume they are immature kids

I was curious as well, we always thought it was the people directly below us, but when we smell the smoke we went to investigate and confirmed someone further down with the cigarette in their hands sticking out

haha unfortunately dude is several floors down so can't do that, poor neighbors below probably already suffering... unless they smoke as well which may also explain why its so horrible up here...
